When you submit a demo or contact enquiry we collect the details you provide: name, organization, email address, phone number, the product you are interested in and your message. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
We use enquiry details to respond to you, schedule a demonstration, assess product fit and maintain a record of the conversation. We do not sell or rent your information.
Lovable AI Gateway processes the selected product, optional role and organization size, and your stated workflow needs to suggest a product-fit score and short reason. We do not send your name, organization name, email or phone fields; contact details in free text are redacted where recognizable. Please do not include sensitive information in your message. Scores are stored privately with your enquiry and are advisory only: a person makes the final decision, and AI does not reject enquiries or change their status.
Data held inside Yatra360, Campus360 and Studio360 belongs to the customer organization that entered it. We process it only to operate and support the service under the agreement with that organization.
Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to serve the relationship, and removed on request.
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have submitted. Write to us through the contact page and we will action the request.
If this policy changes materially we will update this page and revise the effective date.
